2. Discovery Call
We'll reach out to you to schedule a free consultation to discuss your vision, goals, and how our services can help.
3. Review and Sign Contract
We'll send you a detailed contract outlining all shoot details and terms. Review it carefully and sign it to secure your date.
4. Book Your Shoot
Your photoshoot is officially on the calendar! Please share your mood board with us in advance so we can align our vision.
5. Receive Your Photos
Within 6-10 business days (depending on the shoot), you'll receive a digital gallery which will be available for a period of 6 months.
HALF-DAY SHOOT
Ideal for restaurants launching a new menu, new restaurant openings, or seeking a more stylized shoot. Perfect for capturing a specific set of dishes or drinks, showcasing seasonal menus, creating new website, social media images or getting a taste of our food photography services.

FULL-DAY SHOOT
Perfect for restaurants needing a complete overhaul of their website images or newly opening, a mix of stylised and organic food photography, or showcasing a variety of food and drinks. A 8-hour shoot also allows you to capture lifestyle images, feature chefs, two locations (within the hotel) and build a strong brand identity.
This option includes everything the half-day shoot does, plus:

Although we focus on North America, travel costs might apply depending on location. We are also open to discussing projects in other countries for an additional cost. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.
Yes, absolutely! You can certainly request specific shots, scenes, or poses for your food photography session. Feel free to share your ideas or inspiration during our pre-shoot consultation meeting.
Typically, you can expect to receive your photo album within 6-1 business days depending on the shoot. For expedited delivery within 24 hours, a rush fee applies. Please inquire about our rush fee for more details.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photoshoot, please let us know as soon as possible. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster, we will do our best to accommodate a new date within the current year. For cancellations due to other reasons, full payment will be required. Please note that any changes to the project scope may result in additional fees.
Photoshoots are typically booked consecutively. However, if you're on a 12-month term, we allow you to skip a month and book 2 shoots the following month. This can be helpful if you have a particularly busy period or need to adjust your schedule. We also recommend booking your sessions in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
No. We also offer lifestyle photography, such as capturing the atmosphere of your restaurant or hotel, as well as cocktails and interior photography. If you're looking for headshots, this will be charged separately. Please contact us for more details and our rates.
Yes, you can use the photos for marketing purposes. Full buyout of images are available for a fee, after which you will own the exclusive rights to the image. When using our images, please remember to tag us so we can repost.
Additional fees may apply for services such as lighting assistants, food stylists, special retouching, models, rush fees, storage fee, overtime, and travel expenses. Please reach out to us for a detailed quote based on your specific project requirements.
